Junior Membership is recognised as being important to the long term stability of membership at the Mount Osmond Golf Club. We are committed as a Club to providing our facilities for our young members to learn and play the game of golf, and to learn the rules and course etiquette. Importantly though, to have fun.

There are 2 categories for Junior membership.

Age is at 1 July annually:

• Junior A males & females aged from 8 years to under 15
• Junior B males & females aged from 15 years to under 18

There are no entrance fees for junior or student members.

Juniors are granted Senior membership rights after age 18.

Rights and Restrictions

The Club's Professional or General Manger has discretion to vary these rules.

Junior A:

• Course availability after 3.00pm on any given day.
• Each player to be accompanied by an adult member, who is responsible for compliance with Club rules and golfing etiquette.
• Course availability is restricted should a Club competition or event be in progress after 3.00pm.
• Competition play will be at the discretion of the Club's Professional or General Manager, and generally only countenanced when the Junior has an A Grade golfing handicap.
• Practice facilities are available, however not at times of high usage by senior members. Club's Professional has responsibility for the practice times.
• Cannot invite guests.

Junior B:

• Seven day membership with following playing rights.
• With an A grade golfing handicap; may play in Saturday competitions at the invitation of the respective Captains.
• Other competitions; at least one adult member must be in the four.
• Non competition day; Tuesday & Wednesday after 1.00pm, Monday Thursday & Friday no restrictions unless tee is closed, Sunday after 10.00am
• Juniors over 15 years of age may bring one guest, whom must be introduced to the Club's Professional or General Manager.
